For this Christmas drop, we wanted to create a Japanese raw selvedge denim that reminds us of Japanese winter snow: famous for being incredibly soft, bright, and for turning everything into these beautiful white landscapes.
So we picked a fabric with a snowy texture, almost like little flakes sitting on top of the denim. The technical name is neppy denim, which basically means there are tiny cotton fibers left on the surface during the spinning process, creating that natural dotted look.
